Conference Co-ordinators has extensive experience in the planning and co-ordination of meetings, conventions and exhibitions, from small ‘invitation only’ events to major national conferences. Our list of clients includes private sector companies, associations, major community organisations through to Local and Federal Government departments and agencies.
Some of the major national conferences and events we have managed have involved over 450 speakers through a ‘call for papers’ process to international events with 100 speakers (many from overseas) that required us to manage their every need including travel and accommodation and interpreting services. These conferences have also included delegates from Asia, Europe and America.
We pride ourselves on providing a registration system that can be personalised for each client, our systems are built in-house so can be tailored to each clients individual requirements.
An important part of many conferences are the social functions. We have organised themed nights, black tie dinners, quiz nights, award presentation dinners, cocktail functions, gourmet barbecues and fund raising auctions. We have created tour programs for partners and social day programs for delegates and partners.
