Building Bridges Between Sectors
This interactive workshop and will include brief case studies by three Victorian Primary Care Partnerships on the opportunities, challenges and benefits of partnering with the non-health sector. The case studies represent different stages of partnering across different sectors such as Centrelink, schools, food distributors, agricultural organisations, and others. Following the case studies, participants will engage in discussions on the organisational characteristics that support partnering and key skills required by health promotion staff to deliver cross-sectors partnering.
