Sponsorship Oportunities

GOLD SPONSORSHIP $55,000
There will be three Gold Sponsorships offered, one for each of the themed days.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP $25,000
There will be three Silver Sponsorships offered, which will include a standard range of benefits plus the choice of one featured sponsorship item.

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP $5,000 up to $8,500
There will be up to ten Bronze Sponsorships offered, which will include a standard range of benefits plus the choice of one featured sponsorship item. Bronze Sponsorships vary in cost from $5,000 to $8,500 depending on the featured sponsorship item you choose.

OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES from $880
In addition to the Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorship categories, there are a number of sponsorship activities available to suit a range of budgets.

Exhibition Oportunities

LARGE TRADE BOOTH
16 available at $3,300 each
There will be sixteen large trade booth locations available. Each booth will include:

• 3m x 3m shell structure, 2.4m high
• Fascia board featuring your organisation’s name
• Two spotlights
• One powerpoint
• Two exhibitor passes (including all catering, Congress satchel, booklet and name badge)
• Attendance at Opening Ceremony for two staff/guests
• Name in list of exhibitors

SMALL TRADE BOOTH
4 available at $2,750 each
There will be four small trade booth locations available. Each booth will include:

3m x 2m shell structure, 2.4m high

• Fascia board featuring your organisation’s name
• Two spotlights
• One powerpoint
• Two exhibitor passes (including all catering, Congress satchel, booklet and name badge)
• Attendance at Opening Ceremony for two staff/guests
• Name in list of exhibitors
