All alterations or cancellations must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by post, facsimile or e-mail.  Notification should be sent to:

Conference Registrations
An administration charge of $110.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before 22 June 2012. Cancellations received after 22 June 2012 will be required to pay full registration fees. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.
