Cancellation Policies


Registration/Social Function Cancellations

All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by email. Notification should be sent to:

An administration charge of $110.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before Friday 28 June 2019. Cancellations received after Friday 28 June 2019 will be required to pay full registration fees. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.

By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.


Accommodation Cancellations

If you are booked with the conference hotel, please refer to your accommodation booking confirmation from the Hyatt Hotel for the cancellation terms and conditions.
