Conference Co-ordinators has had extensive experience in the planning and co-ordination of meetings, conventions and
exhibitions, from small ‘invitation only’ events to major national conferences. Our list of clients includes private sector
companies, associations, major community organisations through to local and Federal Government departments and

with our company being responsible for their every need including travel and accommodation through to interpreting
services. These conferences have also included delegates from Asia, Europe and America.
An important part of many conferences are the social functions. We have organised themed nights, black tie dinners,
quiz nights, award presentation dinners, cocktail functions, gourmet barbecues, and fund raising auctions. We have
created tour programs for partners and social day programs for delegates and partners.
