Some of Australia’s best shopping arcades and malls are located in Sydney, where you’ll find designer boutiques and lavish department stores.


Venue: Dockside, Cocklebay Wharf


Dockside is an event facility located at Cockle Bay Wharf within Darling Harbour,
the venue is located on level one giving stunning views of the harbour.

Within the area you’ll find many cafes, restaurants, bars, cinemas and museums and some of the
best attractions the city has to offer.

Registering your Attendance

To register for the OZPIPE XIX you need to complete the online registration form which is available at via the links above. The form also gives you the opportunity to book accommodation if required. 

Registration includes:
Satchel and contents
Access to online papers
Attendance to the networking drinks

Lunch, morning and afternoon tea as per the program


To book your accommodation at the rates listed below complete the appropriate section of the registration form. Bookings are subject to availability and should be made prior to (Friday 20 September 2019).  All cancellations or amendments must be made in writing to Conference Co-ordinators and will be acknowledged in writing. 

Please note your credit card details are required to guarantee your room. Neither Conference Co-ordinators nor the hotel will make any charges against your credit card unless you fail to at least give 21 days’ notice in writing of your cancellation or if less than 21 days prior to arrival your booking is reduced or cancelled in which case full payment will be required
unless the room(s) can be resold.

Full payment of your account will be required at the time of your departure.

433 Kent Street, Sydney

Located within walking distance to numerous Darling Harbour attractions, the Mantra on Kent is a 7 minute walk from the Dockside. The hotel features a 24 hour reception desk, an onsite restaurant, room service and Wilson Car Park available (for a charge). The executive studio apartments come with a king bed, a separate lounge/dining area with an LED television, laundry facilities, air conditioning, fully functional kitchen, a work desk and wifi access.

The twin option for this room type is two single beds.

Executive Studio Apartment: $330 per night single/twin/double

100 Day Street, Sydney

Walking distance to multiple attractions within Darling Harbour, The Park Royal is a 7 minute walk to Dockside. The hotel offers guests a 24 hour reception, room service along with onsite dining, valet parking and a fully equipped gym. The Superior rooms feature king beds with air conditioning, wifi, in room safes, satellite television with in room movies (for a fee), tea/coffee facilities as well as a work desk.

The twin option for this room type is two king single beds.

Superior Room: $345 per night single/double


100 Murray Street, Pyrmont

The Novotel is approximately a 10 minute walk to Dockside and walking distance to multiple attractions within Darling Harbour such as Sydney Aquarium, National Maritime Museum and Star of the Show Ferris Wheel.

The hotel offers 24 hour reception and room service, both indoor and enclosed outdoor parking (for a fee), an outdoor pool, gymnasium and an onsite restaurant. The Superior rooms come with a queen bed, air conditioning, satellite television, in-room safe, wifi (for a fee) and tea/coffee making facilities.

The twin option for this room type is two double beds.

Superior Room: $335 per night single/twin/double

Cancellation Policy

All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by email. Notification should be sent to:

An administration charge of $110.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before Friday 20 September 2019. Cancellations received after Friday 20 September 2019 will be required to pay full registration fees. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost.
